- Look out for target list from our available consultants.
- Initial Interview on technical knowledge and English Evaluation.
- Initial screening of Education, certification, training and other credentials.
- Work on requirement and develop implementation plan
- Providing quality training to our consultants as per client requirements.
- Present and discuss candidates with hiring managers
- Arranging telephonic/Skype interviews as per requirements.
- Work closely with hiring manager during the interview process
- Giving backend support to consultant to clear their interviews.
- Providing Onsite support even after the placement of consultant
