  • Present and discuss candidates with hiring managers
  • Arranging telephonic/Skype interviews as per requirements.
  • Work closely with hiring manager during the interview process
  • Giving backend support to consultant to clear their interviews.
  • Providing Onsite support even after the placement of consultant
